Services
Three ways I help teams ship production systems that actually work. Every engagement is scoped to the problem — no fixed packages.
What I Do
Three things, done properly: architecture-first product builds, agent harnesses that run unattended, and automation that connects the tools you already pay for.
Vibe Coding & Solutions Architecture
Architecture-first SaaS on Lovable + Supabase, driven with Claude Code.
Most vibe-coded apps die the same way — no schema design, no row-level security, no error handling, no deploy story. I design the architecture first, then let the AI write against it. You get a product that survives the first real user, not a demo that breaks on login.
- A real data model with row-level security, not a demo table
- Auth, roles and permissions that actually hold
- Stripe or invoice billing wired end to end
- Real integrations — CRM, telephony, e-sign, email, any REST API
- Deployed on your domain, repo handed over, Loom walkthrough
- Rescues for half-built Lovable, Bolt, Base44 and Replit apps
Harness Engineering
Claude Code, MCP servers and agent skills wired into working infrastructure.
Everyone has Claude. Almost nobody has a harness — the config, tools and guardrails that turn it from a chat window into something that does the work unattended. I run this myself: a Dockerized agent on local Ollama models with a Claude orchestrator, an MCP-connected CRM layer, and a pipeline that records and edits product video without me touching it.
- Claude Code installed and permissioned — CLAUDE.md, hooks, allowed tools
- MCP servers onto your real stack: CRM, Postgres, Drive, Gmail, GitHub, Slack
- Custom MCP servers when nothing off-the-shelf exists for your tool
- Agent skills and slash commands so repeat work becomes one command
- Subagent architecture — a manager model delegating to cheaper models
- Scheduled Dockerized runs with dedup and logging, so it operates unattended
Automations Architecture
n8n, GoHighLevel and CRM systems that connect the tools you already pay for.
Most businesses don't need more software. They need the software they already pay for to talk to itself. I've run this at scale — 100+ CRM sub-accounts under management, and one client whose stack went from $15,000/month in subscriptions to $97/month after consolidation. Not by cutting features, by replacing six tools with one properly wired system.
- n8n, Make and Zapier workflows with real error handling and retries
- GoHighLevel: pipelines, follow-up sequences, booking, missed-call text back
- AI agents that qualify leads and write structured data back to your CRM
- Voice agents on VAPI, Retell or ElevenLabs
- Custom n8n nodes and webhook integrations where no connector exists
- Monitoring, deliverability and the RevOps plumbing underneath it
What I've shipped
Production systems, not slide decks. Each one has a full architecture write-up.
